A Life That Feels like You

A reflection on what you want to create, experience, and release.

Before our session, please take some time to reflect on the areas of your life listed below and write down the short-term and long-term goals you have for yourself in each category.

This is a space to dream a little bigger than you normally might. Try not to limit yourself by thinking about what feels realistic right now. Instead, focus on what you truly want for your life. What would your life look and feel like if you were living with more joy, ease, fulfillment, and alignment?

Keep in mind that a goal does not always have to be about achieving or adding something new. It may also be about releasing something you have been carrying, such as an old belief, fear, pattern, expectation, resentment, or way of being that no longer serves you. Sometimes what we most want is not something we need to add to our lives, but something we are ready to let go of.

You may already know some of your goals clearly, while others might feel less defined. That is completely okay. Write down whatever comes to mind without overthinking it.

During our session, we will review what you have written and identify the goal that has the greatest potential to create forward momentum for you right now. Often, there is one area that acts like the first domino. When it shifts, other areas of life naturally begin to move forward as well.

Think of this as a working document, not a final list. New goals, insights, or areas you want to explore may emerge as we work together, and we can continue adding to and refining it along the way. This is simply a place to begin.

There are no right or wrong answers here. This exercise is an opportunity to get curious about what you truly want, what you may be ready to release, and what matters most to you so we can focus our work where it can have the greatest impact.
